Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to the event, forfeits 50% of the event fee. Cancellation within 14 days of the event forfeits 100% of the event fee. There is no penalty for transferring to another scheduled like-course or like-event if the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the original event.

Once you Submit your registration, you will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours to pay for this event. Full payment is required to reserve your spot.  If you chose Check as your method of payment, instruction on where to send the payment will be included on the invoice. If you chose to pay by Credit/Debit card, you will receive the invoice from Paypal® where you can pay with your Paypal® account or your Credit/Debit card. You are not required to have a Paypal® account if you wish to pay with a Credit/Debit card. Additional registrations from the same email address (if you are registering and paying for a spouse, children or friends) submitted the same day will be invoiced together so it is only necessary to make one payment. Registrations are confirmed once valid payment is received.
