FREE Local Delivery and pickup of rental gear is available in Metro Louisville, which includes Jefferson County, Kentucky and Clark, Floyd and Harrison Counties in Indiana. Deliveries are generally done from 8 am to 1 pm EST, Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week, to your home or place of work. For this option, you need to provide a preferred time of delivery and a telephone number the delivery driver can reach you when he/she arrives.

Pick Up is generally available on most business days between 8 am and 5 pm at our Adventure Operation Center near Georgetown, Indiana about 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. For this option, you need to provide a preferred date and time.

Green Earth Outdoors wants to provide you with the most trip appropriate gear or canoe for your outdoor adventure. Please take a minute to include pertinent information so we can make the best recommendations. Advanced reservations recommended.

Please note that a valid credit/debit card is required for damage preauthorization on all rentals.


After submitting your Gear Rental Request form Green Earth Outdoors will confirm availability of your requested gear via e-mail within one business day. With the confirmation, you will receive an invoice for the rental fees with payment instructions. We accept valid personal or business checks and major credit/debit cards. We will hold your request for up to 5 business days until the required deposit or fees are paid. Reservations are confirmed once valid payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your order in writing more than two weeks ahead of the scheduled Start/Delivery Date, no fees will be charged. If less than two weeks, but prior to the Start/Delivery Date, a $20.00 processing fee will be charged to your card. Additional financial commitments may be required for large orders or orders for which we make special inventory arrangements; you will be notified in advance if we deem such commitments appropriate. Cancellation of an order is not an option once the gear has left our facility or otherwise enroute for delivery.
