Group Adventures
Take any group of people, put them in a beautiful and challenging place, allow the dynamics of individuals to blend, along with motivation from an inspiring leader, and the results will surprise you. It is amazing to see how individuals grow and the team becomes one. If you’re an educator, club or organization leader, sit on a corporate board or manage employees, Green Earth Outdoors group adventures we can help you develop stronger individuals and high performance teams.
Our programs are presented in an out-of-the-box format (the classroom, conference room, board room or work area being just one of the boxes) that is fun and inspires everyone to engage and actively participate. Along the way, we help everyone understand the stages of team development so groups can recognize what is necessary for synergy and high performance. The result: people become greater contributors as individuals and as a member of a team; goals are achieved quicker and more efficiently through better communication; and team members understand how to avoid conflicts that will ultimately keep the group together. Contact Us to schedule an onsite presentation and/or request a proposal.
Set the “Out of Office” on your email and join Green Earth Outdoors for a day, two days or even a week on one of our outdoor corporate training programs. Designed to be fun, refreshing and challenging, your fellow managers and employees will value and appreciate “working” out of the office. Adventure outings allow your team or key leaders to refocus, rejuvenate and recommit to company goals and objectives or provide motivation when introducing new initiatives.
Each program includes one or more guides, safety overview, basic instruction, natural and historical interpretation of the area visited, meals and all equipment. Corporate Outings can also be combined with one or more of our Team Building/Personal Development modules presented in an outdoor venue which research shows is more conducive to learning than a traditional classroom. Transportation is available from your place of business and host hotel for visiting out-of-town employees. Contact Us for a personalized proposal for your next training event. Green Earth Outdoors can take care of all the details and you can take all the credit.
