Get up close with nature and visit our exciting new retail destination and outdoor training center opening this spring.  Located on four wooded acres just minutes from downtown Louisville in Southern Indiana, this multi-purpose facility will provide the perfect setting to shop, relax, plan your next outing and enjoy nature.  The shop will sell outdoor gear and apparel for camping, hiking, backpacking, paddling and travel from top manufacturers including Lowa, Jetboil, Mountain Hardwear and Mountainsmith, as well as local and regional organizations.   

The new facility, renovated almost entirely from reused, repurposed and recycled materials, will also offer trips, outdoor skill trainings, and an onsite adventure and environmental reference library.

How to Book a Trip or Program

Ready to Register?

Green Earth Outdoors offers three ways to register for a trip or program.

1. Book Online by selecting Register for a Trip or Program under Reservations. We will confirm availability on your selected trip or program via e-mail within one business day. As part of that email confirmation, you will receive an invoice for the trip or program fees with payment instructions. We accept valid personal or business checks and major credit cards. We will hold your spot for up to 5 business days until the required deposit or fees are paid.
2. Call Us at 502-475-7445 - Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. We will confirm your availability on your selected trip or program immediately over the phone. You will have the option of paying the required deposit or program fees at that time with a major credit card or sending a valid personal or business check. We will hold your spot for up to 5 business days until the required deposit or fees are paid.
3. E-mail Us at customerservice@greenearthoutdoors.com to inquire about availability on a trip or program. We will confirm availability on your selected trip or program via e-mail within one business day. As part of that email confirmation, you will receive an invoice for the trip or program fees with payment instructions. We accept valid personal or business checks and major credit cards. We will hold your spot for up to 5 business days until the required deposit or fees are paid.

After we receive your deposit or full payment, we will send you a confirmation email with additional details about the trip or program, a packing list, and any other required forms. The required forms will need to be read, completed, signed and returned within 15 days of booking; or right away if less than 15 days remain before the trip departure or program start.

Custom Inquiry

Are you interested in another trip destination or program? Or perhaps you’re looking for a different spin on one of our existing trips or programs? If so, booking a personalized sustainable adventure or private program with Green Earth Outdoors is easy! Simply Choose Your Program or Activity, Choose Your Destination, then Choose Your Comfort Level and preferences and we’ll take care of the rest.

1. Inquire Online by completing the Custom Trip/Program Inquiry Form.
2. Call Us at 502-475-7445 Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Eastern Time and we will walk through the process with you over the phone. Simple as that!

After submitting the Custom Trip/Program Inquiry Form (link) or giving us a call, we immediately begin working on your personalized trip or program. If additional information is required, we may contact you via phone or email. Green Earth Outdoors will email you with a personalized trip or program proposal typically within 3-5 business days. We will contact you if confirming details requires additional time.

To reserve your personalized adventure or program, simply confirm acceptance by submitting the required deposit, payment or other terms stated in the proposal and you’re set.

Please Note: Trip/program dates provided in your proposal are based on guide/facilitator and permit availability at the time you submit the Custom Trip/Program Inquiry Form or call our office. To ensure you get the dates requested, please make your inquiry far in advance as possible, and confirming your reservation by providing the required deposit or payment as soon as possible after receiving your personalized proposal.
