Use this form for trips and programs that have scheduled dates. If multiple registrations will be paid for together such as a family, couple or similar party, only one form is required. Please note the names of each participant in the space provided below.

After submitting your Trip or Program Registration form Green Earth Outdoors will confirm availability of your selected trip or program via e-mail generally within one business day. As part of that email confirmation, you will receive an invoice for the trip or program fees with payment instructions. We accept valid personal or business checks and major credit/debit cards. We will hold your spot for up to 5 business days until the required deposit or fees are paid. Registrations are confirmed once valid payment is received.

After we receive your deposit or full payment, we will send you a confirmation email with additional details about the trip or program, a packing list (if applicable), and any other required forms. The required forms will need to be read, completed, signed and returned within 15 days of booking; or right away if less than 15 days remain before the trip departure or program start.

Trip Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees apply at the time (prior to departure) we receive written notice of your cancellation. Some trips may have special cancellation or transfer fees; if so, they will be listed on your trip description.

61 to 90 days 25% of trip/program fee
31 to 60 days 50% of trip/program fee
0 to 30 days 100% of trip/program fee

Program/Training Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to the program or training, forfeits 50% of the fee. Cancellation within 14 days forfeits 100% of the fee. There is no penalty for transferring to another scheduled like program or like training if the cancellation is made within 14 days prior to the original program or training date.
